Driver hire

Security trained drivers hold a current SIA licence in addition to advanced driving qualifications. They plan routes in advance, avoid predictable patterns and know what to do if something on the road is not right. For many clients this is the only security they ever need.

Van and minibus hire with driver

How booking works.
Four steps from first message to the day itself. Most quotes go out the same working day.

Enquiry
Send the date, the pick up and drop off points, passenger numbers and anything unusual about the day.

Quote
A fixed price for the job, including the driver, fuel and agreed waiting time. Parking and tolls are passed on at cost.

Confirmation
You confirm, we send the driver’s name and vehicle details and check the venue and route in advance.

The day
The driver arrives fifteen minutes early, the operations desk tracks the job and any change of plan is one phone call away.
Notice
Single vehicles can usually be arranged within 24 hours. Fleet bookings for weddings and large events are best confirmed two to four weeks ahead, and earlier in summer.
Presentation
Drivers wear a dark suit as standard. Uniform, branded or casual dress can be arranged to match the event.
Changes on the day
Timings move. Call the operations desk and the driver will be updated within minutes. Reasonable extensions are charged at the hourly rate on your quote.
With security
Any transport booking can include close protection officers from the same team, so the people at the door and the people in the car already know each other.
